General Description of Functions


The Automatic High Speed Paper Cutting Machine is used for continuous fixed-length processing of corrugated paper and single sheets to produce folding cartons.The machine performs creasing in both the transverse and longitudinal directions,intermittent cutting,and cutting processing on the corrugated paper.Fixed-length cutting allows for both mass production and customized production.The machine can be used as a standalone unit or as the initial part of a packaging line.

1 Paper Storage Rack The paper storage rack is made from acid-washed steel plates and processed by bending. It features a simple structure, reliable construction, and is treated with cold galvanization, resulting in an attractive appearance and excellent rust resistance. The standard configuration includes 6 paper storage compartments, which can be adjusted according to different customer needs, offering high flexibility and strong adaptability.
2 Frame Structure The frame is manufactured by precision machining after welding rectangular steel tubes and steel plates. It ensures high assembly accuracy and operational precision, guaranteeing a long service life and excellent stability of the equipment.
3 Drive Mechanism The feed pressure roller is made of PU material, which has a bright and attractive surface with high friction. This effectively enhances the reliability of paperboard conveyance. Meanwhile, the traction drum isimported from Germany and is highly durable.
4 Cross-Cutting Structure The power is provided by a high-precision servo motor combined with a reducer and a synchronous wheel mechanism, which achieves hig
5 Longitudinal Cutting Unit This mechanism is primarily composed of 7 sets of knife holders. The knife configuration of 7+1 allows for universal cutting of box types 410 and 411. It is designed to meet the demands of high-efficiency operation while ensuring durability;


6 Adjustable Storage device Both ends of the motherboard by CNC machining to ensure the parallel sides, the use of high-strength chain up and down to ensure safety and reliability does not skip teeth, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of operation, we use high-precision bevel gear reducer equipped with high-precision service motor; In order to improve the utilization rate of paper, we set this institution as 6 paper libraries, which can be increased or decreased according to different customer needs, convenient and fast, and strong adaptability; Adjustable Storage device
7 Machine Enclosure The primary function is to decorate the machine itself.An external protective cover is added to the machine.The cover is treated with plastic spraying,which makes it aesthetically pleasing,delicate,and resistant to paint chipping.The observation window at the front of the machine is made of acrylic sheet,which gives it an attractive and elegant appearance,as well as high toughness and resistance to shattering. 1.Requirements for Corrugated Paper at the Feeding Station

A.Continuous corrugated paper width:400–2550 mm;
B.Total width of corrugated paper clamped side by side:Maximum 2550 mm;
C.Stacking height,including a 120 mm pallet:Maximum 1300 mm;
D.Stacking width,maximum:1300 mm;Length of corrugated paper at the discharge point:Minimum 300mm;
E.Longitudinal tolerance for fixed-length cutting:Maximum 0.5%;Transverse tolerance for fixed-length cutting:Maximum±2.0 mm;
F.Corrugated paper thickness:2-7 mm,±0.2 mm;Maximum raw material quality up to 2.30 BC(according to DIN 55468 standard);
G.The quality of the cardboard complies with the DIN 55468 standard;
