Gantry type loading and unloading machine is easy to operate and gantry can be operated with one button. Gantry type loading and unloading machine is simple to operate for saving labor and improving production efficiency. Panel is placed in order and conveyed to roller table of four-pillar discharger, then suction cup sucks panel to powered roller conveyor with translation device.

3. Product Feature And Application

1.The main beam is made of high-strength square steel. The frame is spliced with the whole square pipe, with high load, to ensure smooth working process and stable structure.
2.The connection part is precisely welded by Japanese OTC robot and formed at one time.
3.Taiwan Delta servo motor, controlling the vacuum cup up or down, with smooth horizontal movement.
4.Gantry type loading and unloading machine adopts high-quality oblique tooth guide rail. Compared with straight tooth guide rail, oblique tooth guide rail has higher wear resistance and stronger lubrication ability.
